With a family still learning along with Ru they are trying to first train this puppy to pee outdoors only before advancing the learning spectrum. Tricks such as sitting pretty and rolling over are taking second fiddle to the more necessary ones. But my husband just sees a clean slate with this small dog and is trying his dog training skills at every opportunity.
First it was at the in-laws house and then at ours when they claimed their dog forgot how to roll over. To prove a point Paul began shouting “roll over” and, in the background we saw Corona doing just as her master asked. She must have done the trick eight times to every one that Ru managed.
Although Ru has been having a hard time rolling on demand she has ungracefully mastered her jumps and back flips which is more than you can say for Corona.
It almost looks like Paul’s going to get this one before Ru.
